MỤC TIÊU VỊ TRÍ• Phụ trách quá trình quay dựng video phục vụ truyền thông nội bộ và quảng bá hình ảnh Elite Dental trên đa nền tảng.• Góp phần xây dựng hình ảnh thương hiệu nha khoa chuyên nghiệp, gần gũi và tạo cảm xúc với khách hàng.CÔNG VIỆC CHÍNH1. Quay phim – chụp hình• Thực hiện quay video các hoạt động phòng khám, sự kiện, testimonial khách hàng, phỏng vấn chuyên gia…• Phối hợp lên kịch bản quay, đề xuất góc máy phù hợp với định hướng thương hiệu.• Chuẩn bị thiết bị, ánh sáng, hậu kỳ hình ảnh cơ bản nếu cần.2. Dựng & hậu kỳ video• Dựng các video theo format ngắn (TikTok, Reels) và dài (YouTube, nội bộ…).• Lồng ghép hiệu ứng, nhạc nền, chữ chạy, subtitle… theo đúng tinh thần nội dung.• Làm intro/outro thương hiệu, chỉnh màu để ra sản phẩm mượt mà, đẹp mắt.3. Phối hợp cùng các bộ phận• Phối hợp với team Content Marketing để đảm bảo sản phẩm truyền thông đúng mục tiêu và nhất quán thông điệp.• Hỗ trợ biên tập hình ảnh, chỉnh sửa các file thiết kế/video khi cần.4. Quản lý & lưu trữ• Quản lý kho dữ liệu video, hình ảnh, footage một cách khoa học để dễ tìm kiếm và tái sử dụng.

Thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến việc xây dựng mô hình rủi ro tín dụng trong phạm vi chức năng được giao, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình và quy định của MB nhằm đạt được các mục tiêu chung của đơn vị.Thu thập và xử lý dữ liệu để xây dựng các mô hình và công cụ đo lường rủi ro tín dụng, hệ thống xếp hạng khách hàng (scoring), và hệ thống cảnh báo sớm.Xây dựng và triển khai các thẻ điểm/mô hình định lượng rủi ro tín dụng, rủi ro tín dụng tập trung và rủi ro tín dụng đối tác theo phạm vi phân công.Hỗ trợ thiết lập các công cụ kiểm tra sức chịu đựng rủi ro tín dụng, bao gồm thu thập thông tin, đề xuất kịch bản sức chịu đựng, đánh giá và phân tích tác động của kịch bản đối với các yếu tố như tỷ lệ nợ xấu (NPL), dự phòng rủi ro tín dụng, vốn cho rủi ro tín dụng, và thu nhập từ hoạt động tín dụng.Tham gia xây dựng các công cụ hỗ trợ việc định giá dựa trên rủi ro (risk-based pricing).Tư vấn và đóng góp ý kiến trong quá trình xây dựng và triển khai các mô hình tín dụng tại các đơn vị liên quan trong MB và các công ty thành viên.Đưa ra các khuyến nghị và báo cáo dựa trên kết quả phân tích đầu ra từ các mô hình đo lường rủi ro tín dụng, nhằm hỗ trợ cải thiện Khung quản trị rủi ro tín dụng.Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp, phù hợp với năng lực và phạm vi công việc.​

Trực tiếp hỗ trợ Nhân viên trong Nhóm bán hàng đối với các khách hàng khó tính, khách hàng đặc thù. Kiểm tra, kiểm soát hồ sơ vay đầu vào, đảm bảo phù hợp với quy định của Sản phẩm, của Công ty trước khi chuyển cho Bộ phận Nghiệp vụ để xử lý. Tổng hợp và phản hồi thông tin về Sản phẩm, Dịch vụ, Chương trình, Chính sách bán hàng của đối thủ cạnh tranh định kỳ.
