Tiếp nhận và phân tích yêu cầu của khách hàng (bệnh viện, phòng khám) về hệ thống phần mềm quản lý bệnh viện.
Thực hiện cài đặt, cấu hình và triển khai phần mềm tại cơ sở khách hàng hoặc triển khai từ xa.
Hướng dẫn, đào tạo và hỗ trợ người dùng sử dụng phần mềm hiệu quả.
Hỗ trợ kiểm tra, khắc phục sự cố hệ thống phần mềm khi có yêu cầu.
Phối hợp với các phòng ban nội bộ và phòng phát triển phần mềm để xử lý sự cố hoặc các yêu cầu phát sinh từ khách hàng.
Có khả năng công tác dài ngày nếu cần.
Thực hiện các công việc theo yêu cầu phân công của quản lý trực tiếp.

Trách nhiệm công việc Triển khai và quản trị hạ tầng phần cứng máy chủ của các hãng như: DELL, HPE .. Triển khai và quản trị bộ giải pháp Private Cloud bao gồm các giải pháp: vSphere, vCenter, NSX, vSAN, Aria Automation, Aria Operations, … Triển khai và quản trị máy chủ ảo hóa các hệ điều hành CentOS, Redhat, Windows ... Triển khai và quản trị các nền tảng Container: K8S, VMWare Tanzu, OpenShift. Nghiên cứu, triển khai các công cụ giám sát, thu thập log, backup, tự động hóa công việc quản trị, IaaC (infrastructure as code) cho các hạ tầng Private Cloud, Public Cloud. Triển khai và quản trị hạ tầng trên các nền tảng Public Cloud bao gồm: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Cloud nội địa của các nhà cung cấp trong nước (Viettel, CMC ...). Tham gia các dự án mua sắm hạ tầng, giải pháp CNTT. Nghiên cứu các công nghệ nhằm tối ưu, tự động hóa trên hạ tầng Public/Private Cloud Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn1.
