Theo dõi các chỉ số hiệu suất của nội dung (lượt tương tác, mức độ hoàn thành, phản hồi người dùng...) để đo lường hiệu quả của chiến lược nội dung và đưa ra các điều chỉnh cần thiết.- Quản lý Hệ thống Nội dung: Giám sát việc tổ chức, phân loại và quản lý kho nội dung số một cách khoa học và dễ dàng truy xuất.3.
