* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Undertake the Project rollouts from VAS Central Office & ensure that the implementation is in alignment with IT Project Governance.- Manage IT Infrastructure & Architecture systems effectively to ensure the availability of services.- Maintain Infrastructure & Architecture to meet the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)- Implement security controls and best practices to protect IT systems and data.* WORK DETAILS■ Microsoft 365 Administration:- Assist in desiging and implementing a strong user management plan that includes setting up, managing, and supporting user accounts, groups, and permissions in Microsoft 365; while ensuring compliance with the company’s security rules and requirements.- Improve key Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive to ensure they are always available, perform well, and work smoothly with other systems.- Develop and enforce security measures for all M365 services, including setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and advanced threat protection (ATP).- Ensure data storage and privacy comply with legal and regulatory requirements, using Microsoft 365 features to protect student and staff information.- Be in charge of integrating Microsoft 365 services with existing systems and third-party applications to improve workflow and user experience.- Automate daily administrative jobs using PowerShell scripts and tools like Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps to work more efficiently.- Use the Microsoft 365 admin center and other monitoring tools to regularly check the health of services, fix issues early, and provide recommendations based on detailed usage and performance reports.■ Project Implementation:- Lead the implementation of assigned IT projects, ensuring compliance with IT Project Governance.- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.■ System Management:- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure high availability and performance.■ IT Service Management:- Maintain Infrastructure & Architecture to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- Regularly review and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SLAs.- Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365-related issues.- Troubleshoot and resolve system outages, performance issues, and other technical problems.■ Risk Management:- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT Infrastructure & Architecture.- Implement security controls and best practices to protect IT systems and data.■ Continuous Improvement:- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 features and best practices.- Recommend and implement improvements to optimize IT Infrastructure & Architecture.■ Documentation and Reporting:- Regularly update the configuration and operation procedures documentation of IT systems.- Prepare regular reports on system performance, project status, and risk management activities.■ Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless integration of systems & complete the projects on duty. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on projects and system status.* AUTHORITIES- Requesting users to follow regulations and instructions to ensure the effective and safe operation of the equipment. - Proposing the procurement of facilities and equipment for yourself & other relevant departments.- Propose IT solutions that provide value to the department and the company.
