Làm việc chặt chẽ với các phòng ban liên quan (thuộc Trung tâm AI (NLP, Chatbot, R&D.v.v. và các đơn vị khác) để đảm bảo sự phối hợp nhịp nhàng và tối ưu hóa nguồn lực.5. Cập nhật và nghiên cứu các công nghệ AI mới nhất, áp dụng vào các dự án thực tế.6. Đảm bảo chất lượng và hiệu suất cho các dự án AI, thực hiện kiểm tra và đánh giá định kỳ.7. Xác định và đánh giá các rủi ro trong quá trình triển khai dự án.

Key Responsibilities• Support monthly payroll processing, including accurate income data preparation, deductions (insurance, tax, leave, etc.), and coordination with payroll vendors (if any) to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.• Monitor and administer social and health insurance, personal income tax registration, and dependent declaration on a periodic basis.• Build, develop, and maintain the employee information system (including HRIS) to optimize data retrieval and reporting efficiency.• Manage and oversee labor contracts and outsourcing agreements, ensuring full compliance with internal processes and labor regulations; provide recommendations to enhance HR operational effectiveness.• Ensure company practices comply with Vietnam labor laws and related regulations.• Maintain and organize employee records in both soft and hard copies.• Provide consultation and support to employees on labor laws, insurance policies (compulsory & voluntary), benefits, and disciplinary procedures.• Handle sick leave and maternity benefits procedures in coordination with insurance providers.• Prepare and maintain HR expense reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).• Generate regular reports on personnel movements and insurance contributions (increase/decrease, monthly voluntary insurance updates)
