Kiểm tra chênh lệch, sai sót số liệu và chủ động làm việc với đối tác để xử lý. Theo dõi, cập nhật danh mục chi phí, hạn mức ngân sách và cảnh báo nếu có rủi ro vượt ngân sách. Thực hiện lập bảng tổng hợp chi phí theo từng đơn vị, từng hợp đồng.• Thực hiện thanh toán:Lập đề nghị thanh toán theo quy trình nội bộ, đảm bảo đúng hạn thanh toán theo hợp đồng. Kiểm tra mã công nợ, hạch toán ban đầu và chuyển hồ sơ sang Bộ phận Kế toán. Theo dõi tiến độ giải ngân và phản hồi cho đối tác khi cần. Đảm bảo việc thanh toán được thực hiện chính xác, hạn chế phát sinh nợ quá hạn.• Quản lý & Kiểm soát hợp đồng:Theo dõi thời hạn hợp đồng và điều khoản thanh toán. Phối hợp với Pháp chế/Kinh doanh/Kế toán để rà soát rủi ro hoặc điều khoản chưa phù hợp.• Báo cáo & Theo dõi công nợ:Lập báo cáo định kỳ: Báo cáo chi phí theo từng nhóm dịch vụ/đối tác; Báo cáo đối soát & tình trạng công nợ; Báo cáo chi phí thực tế vs ngân sách; Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình nhằm giảm rủi ro đối oát, tăng tốc độ và hiệu quả thanh toán.
