In collaboration with the stakeholders, devise the test objectives, organizational test policies, test strategies and test plans. Estimate the testing to be done and negotiate with management to acquire the necessary resources.Plan the effort, select the tools, and ensure training of the team.  Lead, guide and the primary people identifying test conditions and creating test designs, test cases, test procedure specifications and test data, and may automate or help to automate.Ensure proper configuration management of the testware produced and traceability of the tests to the test basis.Make sure the test environment is put into place before test execution and managed during test execution.Schedule the tests for execution and then they monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results, adapting the test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.Write summary reports on test status.

Job PurposeThe job holder is responsible for building, managing, participating in the development of one of the following areas:a. IS Practice: Evaluate deployment, develop security solutions/Design, test information security/Ensure compliance with security standards (of Vietnam and International)b. Information Security Red team:- Implement the strategy to ensure information security:+ Participate in the implementation of the Information Security strategy by providing input data on attack trends, forms of exploitation and risks arising in each period.+ Participate in the implementation of the annual information security implementation plan, meet the business and operational needs of the bank through the implementation of information security testing programs for the technology activities of the Business.+ Develop penetration testing methods, information security scanning scripts and security checks according to international standards such as OSSTMM, Sans and OWASP.+ Develop new techniques, exploit scripts and programs for automated penetration testing- Perform test attack activities:+ Directly perform vulnerability detection review, vulnerability assessment, and conduct penetration/exploit testing periodically or at the request of the Block leader for all systems/applications ; Penetration testing for system/application after live detection or whenever undergoing a major change. Testing methods must ensure practicality including both technical (technology) and non-technical (people, processes, physical assets). From there, provide CISO as well as other Information Security departments to have programs to deal with the problems of system weaknesses that can be exploited.+ Perform regular vulnerability scans, information security checks to find vulnerabilities in the system and provide remedial / remedial solutions; supports maintaining compliance with world security standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SCP (swift).+ Develop and manage vulnerability management program, threat intelligence database. Thiết kế, triển khai và vận hành hệ thống hạ tầng máy chủ (physical/virtual), network, load balancer, firewall và các thành phần bảo mật.Quản lý môi trường hybrid cloud (Private + AWS/GCP/Azure): tối ưu hoá hiệu suất, độ tin cậy và chi phí.Giám sát và đảm bảo uptime hệ thống, xử lý sự cố hạ tầng 24/7 khi cần.Xây dựng và cập nhật các tài liệu kiến trúc hệ thống, sơ đồ mạng, runbook vận hành.Thiết lập các chính sách bảo mật hệ thống: quản lý phân quyền, audit log, backup/restore.Hỗ trợ các team Dev, QA, Product khi có vấn đề về mạng, kết nối, quyền truy cập hệ thống.Tự động hoá các tác vụ vận hành bằng Ansible, Terraform hoặc các tool tương đương.Làm việc chặt chẽ với DevOps, Security và đội Backend để đảm bảo sự đồng bộ toàn hệ thống.
