Location: Hai Phong or Ha TinhAn industrial engineer is responsible to lead the company initiative to move towards lean production environment. Acts as a central resource for lean manufacturing and assists with day-to-day production support and improvements. The person in this position is responsible for using Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence. This role is involved in planning, scheduling, and implementing continuous improvement activities (such as Kaizen) on the production floor of a manufacturing facility.Position Responsibilities:• Designs, redesigns, or enhances work areas and layouts so that awkward or uncomfortable positions, repetitive motions, and inefficient operations are reduced or eliminated.• Maintains knowledge of best practices in manufacturing methods, and trends and developments in technology and equipment; applies this knowledge to maintain the organizations competitive edge.• Identifies and assesses various problems and departures from established manufacturing standards and best practices; researches and recommends solutions.• Develops and maintains management information, planning, and control systems.• Implements methods and modifications to reduce production costs.• Develop/perform the automation project for optimization activities.• Performs other duties as assigned.

Your TasksIn the business division Electronics, you will be working with the software development team for electronics control units.- Design, develop & test product-specific software of automotive electronics module & system over theentire product development cycle;- Apply model-based development on a distributed embedded system;- Work on SW-architecture, write, test and debug code according to software requirement specification andthe defined process;- Discuss with customer about specific solution for electronics modules & system, including functionimplementation and system interface;- Complete software module test report and integration test report according to test result;- Primarily responsible of software modules of HELLA products;- Other job assigned by Department Manager.

As a Cyber Security Feature Test of LGEDV Da Nang Office, you will:- Deep research security features in the automotive domain such as Secure Boot, Firewall, cryptography, Network Security, Bluetooth Security, Wi-Fi Security…- Develop script, application, or tool to perform security tests.- Create negative security test cases to perform on automotive products- Responsible for cyber security test cases validation and issue tracking & follow-up.- Comply with LGE engineering processes and methodologies.Expected results.- Can design the Test Case for the Cyber Security Feature.- Execute the designed Test Case using a real device/simulator.- Self-assign tasks and fully be responsible for the quality/quantity of delivered results- Ensure software development on time and ensure product quality- Handle technical problems, and report progress, and work results to management levels.

The Sourcing Engineer is responsible for assisting our Sourcing department with identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers to ensure the company receives high-quality materials, components, and services at the best value. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Engineering team with CNC related tasks such as designing work holding fixtures, developing and implementing CNC machining processes and programs for various mechanical components and assemblies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, CNC programming, and manufacturing processes.This role combines technical CNC machining and engineering knowledge with procurement expertise to optimize cost, quality, and supply chain performance. The Sourcing Engineer works closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure supplier capabilities align with product and business requirements.Responsibilities:• Identify, qualify, and develop suppliers for critical components, materials, and services.• Evaluate supplier manufacturing processes and capabilities to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.• Support Engineering team with CNC related tasks such as CNC programming, fixture design and 3D CAD/2D drawings. • Manage supplier RFQs (Requests for Quotation), proposals, and selection processes.• Work with quality teams to resolve supplier non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability/ethical sourcing standards.• Review customer drawings, standards, and work with suppliers so that they fully understand the requirements before providing a quotation.• Collaboration with the supplier follow in the troubleshooting• Evaluating trading project’s drawing• Search for additional suppliers to perform services such as heat treatment and plating.
