Electronic Engineer is responsible for electric / electronic products in materials, product development, compliance & standards, documentation, continuous improvement & project management.Responsibilities & Duties • Ensure safety, technical guidelines are being met to ensure a safe work environment. • Lead the new product transfers & responsible for Product Engineer: + Manage technical to complete engineering requirements of new developments and production which include tooling, JFT, Tester, qualification... + Responsible for Product technical, product function, database, BOM, drawing, specs, ECN, compliance,… + Sign-off the production readiness (Product approval, BOM completion, MM creation …etc). + Make product sample following requirements from Product Manager, R&D, Customer. + Review and audit product design, product costing. + Work with Purchasing team to qualify new components, and new sources for Productivity Projects such as Value Engineering, change of supplier, localization. + Work with production to transfer the engineering point from product knowledge, work instruction, samples to Production. Assist in production problem solving, quality issues. • Lead the CIP, VE Projects among the plant. • And the related job assigned.

1. Project Management:- Responsible for multiple projects from opportunity analysis, site investigations, data collection, initial development & defining design criteria, developing calculations to support the sizing of unit processes construction administration, commissioning & performance testing, technical reports preparation, specifications of Infrastructure Equipment project, project coordination, permitting, operations and monitoring of long-term key performance indicators.- Lead and execute the preparation of construction documents including plans and specifications. - Performing and/or monitoring all engineering aspects of Infrastructure Equipment projects with external consultants, engineers, vendors, and subcontractor partners.- Support project pricing effort in partnership with the project team; Bid packages, subcontractor qualification, subcontractor bid-walks, use of third-party consultants, bid reviews, value engineering, evaluation of life cycle and long-term service agreements, etc.- Receives general supervision on routine items which are performed according to established standards and procedures and receives specific work instruction regarding non-routine matters and deadlines.- Achieving financial objectives through efficient utility operation, cost improvement actions and optimal cost options.2. Design:- Complete designs for upgrades and expansions to Infrastructure Equipment facilities. Prepare design calculations, process flow diagrams and cost estimate for projects- Conduct technical evaluations of various unit processes and equipment to support planning and design related to Infrastructure Equipment systems- Create basic to moderate complexity water & wastewater treatment facilities, water and sewer systems, pipelines, pump stations, remediation sites, solid waste facilities, etc. engineering designs to meet project requirements.- Performs site reviews and studies, as needed, to ensure designs are aligned with location specifications. Including performs water quality analyses and modeling.3. Stakeholder Management:- Working closely with project and facilities team. Support project team during construction, commissioning, and performance phases to resolve design issues, document as-built conditions, and ensure performance objectives are met. Support facilities team to prospect suitable proposals, audit location facilities, participate in presentations, propose effective solutions and develop technical write-ups for competitive proposal responses. Evaluate facility upgrades through equipment or system modeling and analysis4. Compliance Management:- Preparation and review of technical memoranda, engineering reports, presentations, drawings, specifications, and miscellaneous contract documents with Legal team- Performs inspections of Infrastructure Equipment; reads and interprets technical documentation and performs calculations to determine appropriate repair procedures; repairs and/or coordinates repair work as required. Assists in recommends methods for improving efficiency and controlling costs related to assigned repair and maintenance programs.- Identify non-compliant construction and operations and apply enforcement policies. Advice on environmental/public health issues, regulations, safety, policy, and compliance. Develop testing protocols and review plans for the commissioning of Infrastructure Equipment system

Role Objectives: To follow up on order enquiry from MBO and Merchandising team and ensure production in factories is on scheduleKey Responsibilities:• Review and control FGMA / MAR release to avoid excess materials• Plan and prepare master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each order to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders• Analyse production specifications and performs mathematical calculations to determine tools capacity and requirements.• Confer with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects• Expedite factory that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions• Prepare production reports• Prepare purchase orders to vendor for fulfil customer orders• Control and minimize the liabilities exposure• Travelling required

- Kiểm tra, bảo trì, sửa chữa hệ thống điện, thiết bị điện trong trang trại (máy bơm, quạt thông gió, hệ thống chiếu sáng, tủ điện, động cơ, v.v.);- Đảm bảo hệ thống điện hoạt động ổn định, an toàn, đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất;- Lắp đặt, nâng cấp, cải tạo hệ thống điện theo yêu cầu;- Xử lý các sự cố về điện kịp thời để tránh gián đoạn hoạt động sản xuất;- Giám sát và vận hành hệ thống điện theo đúng quy trình, quy định an toàn;- Hỗ trợ bảo trì các thiết bị cơ khí khác nếu cần;- Ghi chép nhật ký bảo trì, báo cáo tình trạng thiết bị cho quản lý;- Thông tin chi tiết trao đổi khi phỏng vấn.

Quản lý yêu cầu & chất lượng thiết kế• Phân tích, đánh giá yêu cầu nhiệm vụ; thực hiện phân rã và xác nhận yêu cầu (Requirement Validation & Decomposition).• Theo dõi và kiểm soát chất lượng thiết kế từ giai đoạn sơ bộ (SRR/PDR) đến thiết kế chi tiết (CDR).• Đảm bảo thiết kế tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn ECSS, NASA GEVS và các tiêu chuẩn nội bộ liên quan đến thiết kế vệ tinh.Đánh giá kỹ thuật & phê duyệt thiết kế• Kiểm tra hồ sơ kỹ thuật, tài liệu thiết kế, bản vẽ, mô hình và cấu hình sản phẩm trong các buổi review (SRR/PDR/CDR).• Hỗ trợ rà soát FDIR, phân tích biên an toàn thiết kế và đánh giá margin kỹ thuật.Quản lý lỗi & cải tiến chất lượng• Theo dõi sai lỗi thiết kế (DR/NC/FRACAS), tổng hợp nguyên nhân và đề xuất phương án khắc phục.• Giám sát thực thi corrective action và preventive action (CAPA) xuyên suốt vòng đời dự án.Đảm bảo thử nghiệm & chứng nhận• Đảm bảo bài test môi trường (vibration, thermal vacuum, shock…) tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn ECSS-Q-ST-10 và ECSS-E-ST-10.• Kiểm tra quy trình test, dữ liệu test và xác nhận test report trước khi phê duyệt.

Responsibilities:1. Production Control • Supervise daily stamping activities and ensure smooth operation of machines and dies. • Allocates manpower, machines, and dies effectively. • Monitor process conditions and ensure correct machine and die setup.2. Tooling & Technical Support • Coordinate die setup, die changeover adjustments, and maintenance. • Troubleshoot stamping defects. • Implement process improvements to enhance stability and reduce defects.3. Quality Assurance • Work with QA on inspection results and handle quality issues. • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions related to stamping defects.4. Safety Management • Enforce machine and die safety rules and ensure operator compliance. • Conduct regular checks on press safety guards and workplace conditions. • Report and follow up on safety incidents.5. Team Leadership • Supervise and train stamping operators. • Improve operator skills related to machine and die operations.6. Reporting • Prepare daily die operation and downtime reports. • Monitor OEE and propose improvement actions.

● Coordinate with production/QC/Log/Maintenance to plan optimal manpower● Propose direct and indirect manpower recruitment scenarios based on Production Plan; monitor other KPIs related to manpower (HPU, Performance, OEE, routing,…)● Based on existing routing data on SAP to find bottlenecks/areas to optimize line performance● Study standard times, calculate capacity and number of personnel to ensure new production and process plans● Continuously analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with other teams to improve productivity.● Create/maintain/update standard times for items in SAP, including Process Sequence, Material Allocation, Tool Assignment, Maintain Material Scrap Rate, Standard Times using SAP Knowledge (Global Standard Time Database)

Kỹ sư thiết kế Cơ điện- Khảo sát hiện trường, thu thập thông tin đầu vào phục vụ công tác thiết kế.- Thiết kế hệ thống cơ điện (Điện, Điện nhẹ, Cấp thoát nước, Điều hòa thông gió, PCCC...) cho các công trình dân dụng và công nghiệp.- Triển khai bản vẽ thiết kế cơ sở, thiết kế kỹ thuật, thiết kế thi công.- Tính toán, lựa chọn thiết bị phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và yêu cầu của dự án.- Phối hợp với các bộ môn khác (kiến trúc, kết cấu…) để đảm bảo đồng bộ thiết kế.- Hỗ trợ lập dự toán khối lượng vật tư thiết bị, bản vẽ shop drawing nếu cần.- Tham gia họp kỹ thuật với khách hàng/chủ đầu tư/tư vấn thiết kế khi được phân công.- Làm hồ sơ nghiệm thu thanh toán và hoàn công.2. Kỹ sư Cơ điện Giám sát tại Dự án- Trực tiếp giám sát thi công các hạng mục cơ điện (Điện, cấp thoát nước, điều hòa, thông gió, PCCC...) tại công trình.- Kiểm tra bản vẽ thi công, triển khai shop drawing,- Giám sát chất lượng, tiến độ, an toàn lao động theo đúng hồ sơ thiết kế và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.- Nghiệm thu vật tư, thiết bị đầu vào và các hạng mục thi công tại hiện trường.- Làm việc với nhà thầu phụ, đội thi công, tư vấn giám sát và chủ đầu tư để xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh.- Lập báo cáo công việc định kỳ gửi về văn phòng công ty.- Phối hợp với các bộ phận để đảm bảo công trình được thực hiện đúng yêu cầu.
