Trên cơ sở đó, đề xuất phương án hỗ trợ cải thiện hiệu quả dịch vụ sau bán hàng. • Triển khai các hoạt động hỗ trợ về dịch vụ sau bán hàng cho Đại lý theo hình thức tài chính (khen thưởng, hỗ trợ chi phí hoạt động, chi phí cơ sở vật chất và trang thiết bị, v.v.) và phi tài chính (giải đáp và hỗ trợ xử lý các thắc mắc, yêu cầu của đại lý, v.v.). • Đề xuất kế hoạch, triển khai và đánh giá kết quả các chương trình đào tạo phi kỹ thuật cho Đại lý và các bên liên quan. • Phối hợp tổ chức các chương trình đào tạo phi kỹ thuật cho Đại lý và các bên liên quan.4. Phối hợp thực hiện với Bộ phận Phát triển Đại lý & Chăm sóc Khách hàng trong công tác xây dựng các chương trình duy trì sự trung thành của khách hàng liên quan đến hoạt động dịch vụ sau bán hàng của Đại lý theo phân công.5. Dummies & Sensors Management- Prepare, inspect, and periodically calibrate all dummies and sensors used in testing activities.- Ensure proper installation, positioning, and functionality of dummies in each type of test.- Collaborate with data engineers and analysis teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of collected data.- Manage the calibration room for dummies and electronic devices, maintain usage logs, calibration schedules, and equipment condition reports.- Stay updated on and apply the latest testing regulations and standards related to dummies (FMVSS, Euro NCAP, IIHS).1.4. Crash Lab Maintenance & Operation- Ensure all testing systems, machinery, and laboratory facilities operate in a stable, safe, and efficient manner.- Perform regular maintenance, repairs, replacements, and adjustments for measurement systems, electro-mechanical-hydraulic equipment, cameras, lighting, HVAC, chillers, pneumatic systems, fire protection, and electrical systems.- Support engineers during equipment verification, internal calibration, or external OEM service operations.- Develop maintenance plans, logs, and checklists in compliance with ISO 17025 standards; prepare periodic reports for the Lab Manager.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with laboratory safety and international operating standards.

Key Responsibilities & Job Content • Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture of industrial or commercial products: Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders, and communicate production status to Mangers and Customers on regular basis. • Participate in Contract Review with Customer Services and Sales on every receipt of order to complete Confirmation Order Process. • Coordinate with Customer Services in receiving most updated Customer forecast, confirmation order and Customer requirement. Analyze and set up priority in Production Schedule. • Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements. • Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times. • Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. • Periodically check inventory & logistics data and report to manage and control balance stock in warehouse, and maximize ratio of WIP & F/G flow out. • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Logistics & Warehouse and/or concerned function in preparing and updating Production Schedule according to customer requirement, engineering changes and material availability in plant and production capacity. • Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion. Investigate production problem, analyze root causes and provide solutions. Escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution. Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications. • Analyze back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations. Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines. • Develop and review production plan, initiate and implement the “Forward Order Program” to help the department with quick retrieval of information and order maintenance through forecast of volume plan. • Periodical visit customer and communicate Product Special instruction and customer requirement through Production Schedule, ensure that those requirements are follow through production process. • Update in the system of the most update information of product recipe and provide raw Material requirement list to Purchasing for the availability of raw materials for that week Production Schedule and forecast of raw material for future use. • Prepare, control and manage the availability of product label for that production week includes special attachment on product that may require by customer. • Follow up and monitor production output according to the priority and customer requirement date in production schedule, foresee to predict production scheduling & communicate to concerned function, feedback problem to responsible person with Industrial Engineering Concepts in order to get the Finished Goods delivery to customer as commitment. • Prepare Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report on monthly basis for production planning activities and sequences. • Work on special or any other assignment as identified by direct supervisor.
