- Nghiên cứu & thiết kế hệ thống quang lượng tử:+ Nghiên cứu các cơ chế tạo ngẫu nhiên lượng tử (shot noise, phase noise, photon arrival time, beam splitter, vacuum fluctuation…).+ Đề xuất và xây dựng sơ đồ thí nghiệm cho QRNG: laser diode, modulators, photodiodes/SPAD, beam splitters, interferometers.- Triển khai & tối ưu thí nghiệm+ Thiết kế và lắp ráp các mô-đun quang tử để đo tín hiệu lượng tử.+ Hiệu chỉnh laser, thấu kính, bộ lọc quang để giảm nhiễu, tối ưu SNR.+ Phối hợp với nhóm điện tử để đảm bảo đầu ra photon phù hợp với ADC/FPGA.- Phối hợp liên ngành:+ Làm việc cùng kỹ sư điện tử (thiết kế mạch đọc tín hiệu).+ Hỗ trợ kỹ sư FPGA/ASIC trong xử lý dữ liệu quang tốc độ cao.+ Cộng tác với kỹ sư mật mã để đảm bảo tính ngẫu nhiên đạt chuẩn an toàn.- Nghiên cứu & báo cáo khoa học+ Viết báo cáo kỹ thuật, whitepaper, và bài báo khoa học (nếu cần).+ Đề xuất cải tiến kỹ thuật để tăng tốc độ bit và giảm chi phí thương mại hóa."

Together with R&D managers, Senior RM Specialist provides insights about BOM quantity of edible part for monthly review of efficiency and saving calculations.7. Formula Costing:a. Along with finance controlling team consolidate and maps the BOM costing, including material consumption, and standard material losses b. Participate to the monthly efficiency variance operational meeting to identify the gaps and purpose continuous improvement activities c. Work with the operation team to map the year on year standard cost reduction strategy to improve company profitability d. Prepare RM BOMs to reflect any necessary changes for annual Budget.8. Ensure recipe compliance:a. Ensure to check RM compliance through confirmation from suppliers and proceed preliminary additive limitation assessment following global regulatory direction b. During the development of a new recipe, together with R&D team do the preliminary analysis for the maximum limits of additives and country conformity.c. Proactively embracing the updated regulatory requirement by evaluating the impact on current recipes and driving for the compliance of new regulation implementations.9. Documentation and Certifications:a. Collect technological information from R&D and relevant teams (QA, P&D), Suppliers to prepare technical documents for logistics, product registrations.b. Provide to Regulatory with necessary technical information (BOM, CoC, Products technical datasheets, RM Compliance) for product labeling and risk assessment in case of extend exporting markets, renew product labels, registration.c. In case of any recipe updates, ensure the information is communicated to markets through NPD team and continue to provide updated technical documents.
