1. Mục tiêu công việc- Quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động chất lượng trong công ty (bao gồm QA & QC).- Đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, yêu cầu khách hàng và hệ thống quản lý chất lượng.- Xây dựng, duy trì và cải tiến hệ thống chất lượng, giảm lỗi, tăng sự hài lòng của khách hàng.2. Nhiệm vụ chính2.1 Quản lý hệ thống chất lượng (QA):- Xây dựng, triển khai và duy trì hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (nếu có), ISO 14001…- Soạn thảo, kiểm soát và cải tiến các quy trình, hướng dẫn, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.- Tổ chức các cuộc đánh giá nội bộ, đánh giá khách hàng, đánh giá chứng nhận.- Quản lý khiếu nại khách hàng, phân tích nguyên nhân và đưa ra hành động khắc phục – phòng ngừa.2.2 Quản lý kiểm soát chất lượng (QC):- Xây dựng kế hoạch kiểm soát chất lượng nguyên liệu (IQC), quá trình sản xuất (PQC) và thành phẩm (OQC).- Quản lý, giám sát đội ngũ QC trong việc kiểm tra, đo lường, đánh giá sản phẩm.- Phân tích lỗi, tỷ lệ NG, đề xuất cải tiến quy trình sản xuất.- Quản lý sản phẩm không phù hợp (NCR), phối hợp các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý.2.3 Báo cáo & cải tiến:- Lập báo cáo định kỳ về chất lượng sản phẩm, hệ thống, tình trạng khiếu nại khách hàng.- Đề xuất và triển khai các hoạt động cải tiến (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Six Sigma).- Tổ chức đào tạo nâng cao ý thức chất lượng cho toàn bộ nhân viên.3. Thẩm quyền- Đề xuất và ban hành quy trình, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.- Dừng sản xuất hoặc xuất hàng nếu phát hiện rủi ro chất lượng nghiêm trọng.- Quyết định xử lý sản phẩm không phù hợp.- Đề xuất nhân sự, khen thưởng/kỷ luật trong phạm vi phòng Chất lượng.- Báo cáo trực tiếp cho Ban Giám đốc/Tổng Giám đốc.

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật (ưu tiên chuyên ngành Nhiệt lạnh)- Có ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các nhà thầu/ thầu phụ lĩnh vực HVAC (về tư vấn thiết kế, thi công)- Thành thạo sử dụng Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Revit MEP…- Năng động, nhiệt tình, có khả năng sắp xếp công việc- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập hoặc làm việc nhóm- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản

* Process Quality Assurance- The Process Quality Assurance (PQA) control process to ensure high quality product output.PQA person in charge have to build internal and external audit plan as well as coordinately cooperate with related department to follow plan built.- Manage key technical parameters from system and give warning as soon as irregularities detected.- Ensure that all quality requirement achieved before new production phase.* Outgoing Quality Assurance- Control inspection output performance out going quality control.- Analysis of inspection result and feedback supplier to improve quality- Manage final product quality, process out going quality assurance FA/CA (Final analysis / corrective action).- Manage and improve product inspection standard based on customer requirement.* Reliability Quality Assurance- To make test plan follow up Customer requirement to ensure the reliability of product- To make test plan when receiving test request about new development, 4M change or abnormal issue- To make solution and improvement action report to manager whenever the defect is found out during testing time- To make investment plan for Lab annually* Incoming Quality Assurance- Control 4M change (Machine, Man, Material, Method) and quality improvement from suppliers- Control and evaluate KPI and grade of suppliers- Do audit and evaluation suppliers periodly and request to follow the quality requirements

Position Purpose (Overview of the position)- Manage program activities related to VME Body Construction Engineering (BCE) for: Transit/Passenger Car/Truck Programs- Provides process feasibility and development for vehicle manufacturing, starting from initial development phase through implementation in the assembly plant. Ensure all personnel and contractors reporting to you are aware of all safety standards and are meeting them. Actively raise / address any safety issues throughout the site.- Quality: Spearhead in setting up systems, procedures and measurable that ensures a quality outcome; (Global Vehicle Operations Structure Standards (GVOSS). Sheet Metal, Dimensional control skill, LD strategic, GSPAS process, 5S, error proofing, first time through, overall tooling effectiveness, Single point lessons, etc.). Use analytical problem solving tools such as PFMEA and Six Sigma to both prevent and resolve issues. Perform process simulations and develop Process Flow Diagrams- Cost: Manage allocated budget. Ensure that tooling / facility solutions are cost effective. Provide cost analysis for the budget approval. Develop innovative ideas and alternatives to be cost competitive with proposals. Design the operator's workstation to minimize non value added work.- Delivery: Provide technical expertise to the project execution. Take responsibility for meeting deliverables at each phase of the project. Verify that the design of the production system meets target cycle times and any' bottle necks' are identified and addressed.- F&T’s: Oversee/ Lead procurement of all facilities and tooling required. Oversee the commissioning of equipment/tooling both on and off site. Ensure equipment/tooling is safe, capable, meets overall equipment/tooling effectiveness targets and that the operator is sufficiently trained in its correct use. Ensure proper handover to production team.- Future models: Take into consideration future models when designing the production facilities. Plan the implementation of subsequent models into the facility at increased production volumes.- People Training: Coach and develop manufacturing engineers as per corporate standard.- Management Reviews: Chair/ support cross functional meetings (VME-Process, VME-Facility, BODY, TCF, Launch, Safety/Ergo, MP&L, Suppliers, STA, PD, etc.) to resolve design and manufacturing issues.
