Key ContributionsInvolve in Functional and Non-functional testing, performance testing, etcCollaborate with BA, developers, and stakeholders to analyze requirements and support issue investigationPrepare and review test documentation, including test plans and results.Contribute to the full circle of development to successfully deliver output.Handle other testing-relevant tasks assigned by the leader.Mentor junior testers and contribute to best practices (for Middle/Senior level).In addition to the responsibilities listed above, Automation QC also needs to:Design, develop, and maintain test cases/scripts for Web/Mobile applications.Leverage programming skills to build and enhance testing frameworks.Participate in code/test reviews, manage issues throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Ingredients for SuccessBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fieldsMust have:Hands-on experience in Manual/Automation software testing for Web/Mobile Applications/Devices:2-4 years of experience: Junior level4-6 years of experience: Middle level6+ years of experience: Senior level with team management experienceHands-on experience in writing test plans/test cases/test scriptsProven experience in large-scale software project testing is a plusHigh competence in end-user mindset, problem-solving and stakeholder managementGood/Fluent English communication is mandatoryFor Automation QC:Solid programming skills and knowledge of data structures, proficient in any coding languages (Java/JavaScript) and Automation testing frameworks (such as Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/Playwright/Robot)Familiar with at least one database in MySQL/SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Oracle, and capable of writing and executing SQL scriptsWell-versed in standard testing methodologies and tools, such as Postman and Charles
