- Perform technician work assigned by Engineering Supervisor
- Keep equipment maintained and operating at optimum effectiveness, efficiency and safety
- Ensure compliance with all Engineering departmental policies, standards and procedures
- Repair and maintain all air conditioners, ventilation units, chiller system, refrigeration equipment/ ice machines as scheduled maintenance.
- Co-ordinate the repair and maintenance to water supply and fire pump system as superior’s requirement

- Experience at same position in high buildings is a plus
- Good personality and teamwork
- Good health to perform duties
- Able to work under high pressure
