Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Office Management
• Ensure the office environment is always clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Manage office correspondence, documents, and equipment.
• Monitor and procure necessary office supplies.
• Be responsible for updating the work schedule of the ACC office
2. Operations Support
• Assist in coordinating the departments of the ACC office.
• Manage and coordinate the scheduling of conference rooms and functional rooms.
3. Information and Record Management
• Store and manage records and documents related to the ACC operations.
• Update and maintain the customer and supplier database.
4. Customer Support
• Perform customer reception and guidance tasks as assigned.
• Handle customer requests and feedback promptly and professionally as assigned.
5. Casual Labor Management
• Coordinate casual workers for events at ACC (control headcount, inspect attire and demeanor).
• Perform administrative and human resource tasks for casual labor at ACC as directed by superiors.
• Compile and report to ACC Managing Director on issues related to casual labor and provide recommendations if any.
• Propose HR department support for large events with many casual workers and multiple shifts.
6. Staff dinning Management
• Handle the ordering of meals and ensure the quality of meals for staff.
• Work directly with meal service providers to resolve related issues.
• Ensure regular inspections of staff dining areas and collaborate with relevant departments to maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and proper functioning.
7. Other Duties
• Perform other tasks as requested by management.
