In the position of an Account Executive, your key role is to:
- Obtain and manage leads for new business opportunities.
- Identify potential growth opportunities within the existing customer base to drive business expansion.
- Identify and understand customer’s needs and create tailored value propositions to address these effectively.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, leveraging market-based pricing structures.
- Coordinate with internal resources to educate customers on FedEx tools and services.
- Crafts and delivers compelling sales pitches to customers which addresses their pain points.
- Create and execute implementation plans with the customers and monitor implementation progress to ensure timelines are met.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Present business review with customers using the available system reporting tool.
- Builds and maintains strong rapport with current and potential customers through face to face interactions.
- Provides exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Develops and executes sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall organization goals.- Independently plans, prioritizes and organizes workload to meet deadlines and targets.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

To do the job well, you will need the following qualifications but not limited to:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Minimum Experience- At least two (2) years of work experience in commercial or industrial sales is preferable.- Knowledge of Sales process and activities- Strong presentation skills.
- Proven expertise in influencing, persuading and negotiating.
- Strong in written & verbal communication in both English and Vietnamese
- Able to influence and negotiate with others using active listening and persuasion skills
