Working location: 38/5 Tu Hoa, Tay Ho District, Hanoi
Working hours: Monday to Friday
- Manage high-value by building strong relationships with key decision-makers, including managers and C-level executives, in top-tier organizations.
- Drive growth through strategic upselling by identifying opportunities to expand existing customer partnerships, maximizing value for both clients and the business.
- Be the primary point of contact to onboard new clients after signing the contract.
- Communicate clearly the progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ, Tenders...
- Negotiating all contracts with the clients and partners.
- Prepare monthly reports.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management (agency experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, media databases, and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
