1. Implementation of International eSIM Product Sales:Sell international eSIM services to inbound and outbound tourists to 200 countries/territories worldwide.Search for and exploit potential customer information in the travel and tourism sector to promote programs.Search for customer information through various channels, update customer data into the customer database, process, categorize, and update potential customer information, create work plans, plan customer contacts, and schedule meetings.Develop sales plans according to business department targets.Be knowledgeable and proficient in product information.Provide customer consultations via phone, email, or in person.Advise and persuade customers to use the product.Receive purchase information via email.Create sales records and update the system.2. Building and Maintaining Relationships with Agents/Partners:Expand new customer sources and develop potential customer sources (group customers, travel agencies) for the company.Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and effective manner.3. Market and Competitor Analysis:Monitor market surveys, research, update trends, and plan the development of promotional programs and new products/services to meet the needs of inbound and outbound international tourists.Analyze competitors and develop strategies to attract customers.Analyze data and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.4. Negotiating and Signing Contracts:Negotiate with customers on prices, services, and contract terms.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Tourism or other related fields.At least 3 years of experience in the tourism industry, particularly in group business/travel agency sales.In-depth knowledge of the tourism market, travel products and services, as well as related procedures and regulations.Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Market analysis skills and the ability to assess customer needs.Event planning and organization skills.Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy in work.Ability to work independently and in a team.Passion for the tourism industry and a desire to develop a career in this field.Ability to adapt to a dynamic and high-pressure work environment.Pleasant appearance, polite, and professional communication skills.
