1. Duties and responsibilities:• Check process to ensure the completeness, reasonableness and eligibility of payment documents.• Initial record and update Fixed Asset Register, maintain the Fix Asset Register recorded accuracy and timely.• Assist to prepare monthly/quarterly tax reports (VAT, CIT, FCT, other taxes) for the Company; assist direct manager with tax issues.• Issue VAT e-invoices• Participate to prepare monthly financial reports under VAS• Work with Site team for inventory management• Coordinate in doing the physical count of fix asset and inventory.• Coordinate in doing annual statutory audits and tax audits2. Ad-hoc:• Work with accounting firm in preparing Fixed Asset Register• Business trip to Site Office (Khanh Hoa) if required• Other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.

► Requirements:• Education: Bachelor degree in accounting.• Experience: At least three years working experience in relevant field.• Language proficiency: Good communication skills in English.• Skills: Good interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skill and ability to work under high pressure.• Attitude: Honest, Enthusiasm, Detail orientated.► Working Conditions and Benefits:• Working Place: 16 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.• Working time: Monday to Friday with flexible working schedule.• Annual Leave: 15 days/year.• Insurance: 100% Social Insurance, Premium Health Care Insurance for employee and family's members.• Bonus: 13th-month salary & performance bonus.• Others: Company trip, professional training programs, etc.
