- Book air tickets, hotels, cars, stationery.
- Send appointment letter to customer.
- Support Visa agents in preparing documents such as Entry Visa, Work Permit, Temporary Residence Card.
- Save file of business expenses.
- Check forwarder's bill: Viettel Post
- Check internal quotes, supplier quotes
- Send order confirmation to customers
- Compose and send purchase orders to suppliers
- Prepare purchase/sale/service contract
- Send sales/service contracts to customers and track contract status
- Check the import documents and transfer the full set of documents to the relevant department for import procedures
- Receive and check goods
- Prepare delivery note
- Prepare commercial invoices for 0% customers and transfer the full set of documents to the relevant department - for on-site import and export procedures
- Arrange delivery for customers and track receipt of signed delivery note
- Update order status (Outstanding delivery, cash flow)

- Graduated from Colleges, Universities.
- Proficient in using computers: word, excel, email on Outlook.
- English: basic at listening, speaking, reading, writing.
- Require candidate English CV, travel time to office around 30 minutes.

Quyền Lợi
- Working hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm. Saturday: 8am - 12pm. Lunch break: 12pm-13pm.
- Probation period: 2 months.
