Mô Tả Công Việc
- Provides and ensures quality support to immediate superior. Relieves management of administrative matters at Central Laundry and Wardrobe and routine day- to-day clerical activities
- Provides necessary administrative support to the Laundry and Wardrobe departments and ensures that the offices, factory is operated in a professional manner
- Ensures confidentiality of restricted and sensitive information
- Works as a reliable team member and assists immediate superior and the departments in completing projects and assignments
- Maintains effective communication with the team and with other departments
- Assists immediate superior in developing and accomplishing reports and any studies or measurement tools
- Maintains a secure, effective and up-to-date filing Bundle and Invotech systems that is easily accessible, daily updated based on actually amounts both manually and electronically
- Support Laundry and Wardrobe departments on ordering and procurement of all consumable items including, but not limited to, chemicals and stationery including payment process to vendors
- Roster to be scheduled and manage leave and other related tasks for departments
- Flexible on operation of departments whenever ask for more assignment
- Other Duties as assigned by Management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A Bachelor's degree in Administration, English, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1 year of hands-on experience in administrative job.
- Computer literate in MS Office application.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written in English a must.
