- Order confirmation
- Assist in answering questions from sales staff in Australia
- Monitor and respond to customers in English for the company’s Australian social media channels
- Train Australian branch staff on product knowledge
- Communicate with overseas suppliers to answer inquiries from sales staff in Australia
- Schedule incoming shipments and process payments for import orders in Australia
- Support administrative tasks for the Australia office (contacting partners, handling administrative issues in Australia locations)
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager
- Respond to messages from foreign customers on social networks.
- Create quotes.

- IELTS 7.0 or equivalent level require
- Experience: 1 year
- Required qualifications: University/College degree
- Working Location: 192 Ngo Gia Tu, W4, D10, HCMC (Possible to work from home, only visiting the office when necessary)
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, Australian hours (from 6 AM to 3 PM Vietnam time, possible to work from home. Need to be available on phone during weekends for urgent matters)
- Gender requirement: Male/Female
- Age requirement: None
- Possesses the ability to multitask
- Smart, agile, cheerful, with a keen eye for aesthetics
