Agile Project Manager ( Contractor)

have an experience of taking project management, integration management and/or cross-functional team management in an enterprise applications project, preferrable in a large size and/or a global project. have worked on a global project or in a global work environment. Experience with Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. Experience in managing medium to large scale project implementation. Experience with manufacturing and supply chain technology projects. Experience supporting an IT technical organization Experience in defining technical requirements, conducting Level of Effort analyses, bottoms-up project planning 5+ years of experience in a technical project management position. 2+ years of Agile project management experience. have a skill coordinating and managing tasks and issues across multiple stakeholders in English. preferrable skill is to communicate in Japanese or at least eagerness to learn how to deal with Japanese communication Strong strategic thinking skills, understands business needs and brings proactive solutions to the team. Strong ability to lead cross-functional team to results.
