About Scandinavian Software ParkScandinavian Software Park is Monterro’s tech hub in Hanoi, home to 150+ software engineers working for 13+ Nordic B2B SaaS companies. Founded in 2021, the park connects outstanding Vietnamese engineers with Scandinavia’s market-leading software companies.Monterro is a Stockholm-based private equity firm managing EUR 2.85bn, specializing exclusively in Nordic B2B software. We’re building a dedicated AI team called InFuse AI to accelerate AI adoption across our portfolio – and it starts right here in Hanoi.You’ll be a hands-on AI specialist with two main focus areas:Training & Enablement – Kick-start AI coding adoption among the 150+ developers at Scandinavian Software Park and support portfolio company teams in HanoiDD Support & Technical Assessment – Help Monterro’s investment team evaluate potential acquisitions by attempting to replicate solutions and assessing codebasesThis is not a strategy-only role. You’ll work directly with developers in their actual codebases—teaching, coaching, pair programming, and helping teams go from skeptical to productive with AI in days, not months. You’re the person who gets excited about seeing a developer’s face light up when they realize AI just helped them solve in minutes what used to take hours. You also enjoy the detective work of understanding what makes a software product hard to replicate.What do you do?Enable Developers Through Hands-On TrainingDesign and deliver enablement sessions tailored to each team’s tech stack and maturity levelWork directly with developers on real problems in their actual codebasesTeach everything from fundamental concepts to advanced techniques like effective prompting and context managementHelp teams establish workflows and best practices that fit their development cultureRun workshops, lunch-and-learns, and hands-on coding sessionsLocally support Agentic Coding training for portfolio company teams based in HanoiSupport Due Diligence and Investment DecisionsAI Replication Assessment: Attempt to replicate prospect solutions using AI to understand what’s easy vs hard to build If replication is easy: prove that the solution has limited technical moat If replication fails: identify what’s genuinely hard, informing investment decisions and value creation opportunitiesAI Code AssessmentUse AI tools to review code quality, technical debt, and architecture.Work with Monterro’s deal team to provide technical insights on potential acquisitions.Document findings and contribute to investment memos.Support Legacy Lift ProjectsHelp portfolio companies modernize legacy codebases using AI-assisted developmentWork with development teams to accelerate technical debt reductionApply agentic coding techniques to migration and refactoring projectsCoach and Support Ongoing AdoptionPair program with developers to demonstrate effective AI techniques in practiceProvide continued support as teams integrate AI into daily developmentHelp developers troubleshoot challenges and overcome adoption blockersBuild confidence and momentum by showing quick, tangible resultsTrack progress, celebrate wins, and adjust approaches based on what’s workingBuild Knowledge and Best PracticesCreate practical guides and resources based on what works across different teamsBuild a knowledge base of patterns, prompts, and lessons learnedStay current with new AI development tools and evaluate them for the parkShare insights across teams to accelerate everyone’s progressCoordinate with Monterro’s AI Team in Stockholm on strategy and learningsPartner with Technical LeadershipWork with team leads and CTOs (remotely) on AI adoption strategiesHelp leadership understand realistic opportunities and set appropriate expectationsSupport discussions about code quality, velocity, and developer productivityAdvise on tool selection and implementation approaches
