Role Overview:We are seeking a Fullstack Frontend Engineer who is passionate about creating seamless user interfaces and robust backend integrations. You will play a critical role in developing cross-platform applications, ensuring the best user experiences while integrating AI-driven solutions into scalable and high-performing systems. The role includes contributing to web, Android, and iOS platforms, making it a diverse and exciting opportunity for a versatile developer. Responsibilities:
Frontend Development: Build and maintain responsive, intuitive web and mobile applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and state management libraries like Redux.
Mobile App Development: Contribute to Android and iOS application development using native or cross-platform tools such as Kotlin, Swift, React Native, or Flutter.
Backend Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
Cross-Platform Solutions: Develop cross-platform features for web and mobile, focusing on scalability, performance, and seamless user experiences.
Micro-Frontend Architecture: Contribute to the design and implementation of modular micro-frontends for scalable applications.
Testing and Debugging: Implement unit tests, automated tests, and debug applications to ensure reliability and high-quality code across all platforms.
Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
Fullstack Contribution: Occasionally contribute to backend development tasks using Node.js or Python.

Must-Have Skills:
Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS, and modern frontend ecosystems (e.g., Redux, Hooks, Context).
Mobile Development: Proven experience with Android (Kotlin, MVVM) and iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) development, including hands-on work with modern app architecture and multi-screen support.
Cross-Platform Development: Familiarity with frameworks like React Native, Flutter or KMN for creating unified experiences across platforms.
Backend Integration: Hands-on experience with REST APIs, asynchronous request handling, and backend services.
Languages & Frameworks: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, KMN for mobile or modern Android architecture like MVVM, MVI
Testing: Experience with unit testing
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Communication: Verbal and written English communication skills, suitable for global software development environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and their integration into frontend systems.
Experience in using AI like ChatGPT, Claude or self hosted AI model
Knowledge and experience in micro-frontend patterns and architecture.
Having experience in KMM development is a big plus.
Having experience in Dexguard, Proguard, or Dexprotector is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development on AWS.
Knowledge of mobile-first design principles and frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
Awareness of best practices in accessibility (WCAG) and user-centric design principles.
