AI/ML Engineering Manager (Python,AI,OOP)

Objective:Design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence solutions, including machine learning models and algorithms.Work with large datasets, build and optimize AI systems and collaborate with software engineers and data scientists.Responsibilities:Design, develop and deploy AI/ML models for applications in Generative AI, Computer Vision and predictive analyticsFine-tune and customize LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA,…) for internal use cases such as document processing, chatbots and knowledge automationDevelop computer vision models for object detection, quality inspection, anomaly detectionBuild and deploy forecasting models (time series, demand prediction, trend analysis,…).Design and implement recommender systems (content-based, collaborative filtering, hybrid approaches)Build and deploy AI Agents using frameworks such as Google AI Development Kit (ADK), LangChain, and other state-of-the-art toolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Software, DevOps, Product) to integrate AI models into production systemsEvaluate and select appropriate tools, frameworks and platforms for AI development and deploymentMonitor model performance and implement continuous improvements based on real-world dataDocument system architecture, workflows and technical decisions
