AI Principal Engineer/AI Lead/AI Project Manager

1. Principal Engineer: Technical Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills: Develop and implement AI/ML algorithms for computer vision, object detection, image segmentation, object tracking, and related tasks. Build and deploy models for autonomous navigation, robotic perception, and real-time decision-making. Optimize AI/ML models to work efficiently on embedded systems and robotic platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into robotic systems. Prototype, test, and iterate on deep learning architectures to enhance the performance of robotic systems in diverse environments. Conduct projects related to computer vision, including model training, testing, and deployment. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, robotics, and computer vision technologies, applying them to ongoing projects. Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. At least 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, or robotics engineering. Solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms and strong programming skills in Python and/or C++. Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or equivalent. Familiarity with computer vision libraries like OpenCV or equivalent. Experience in training and deploying CNNs (Convolutional Neural Networks) and RNNs (Recurrent Neural Networks) for vision-based tasks. Knowledge of robotic operating systems (ROS) and experience with robotic perception, planning, and control. Experience with real-time systems and embedded AI is a plus. Proven ability to optimize AI/ML models for robotics hardware, with a focus on speed, efficiency, and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with autonomous mobile robots or robotic manipulators. Experience with SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) or other localization techniques. 2. Knowledge & Skills Technical Expertise:Demonstrated experience in developing AI solutions from concept to deployment and release, specifically for projects similar to ZIA-MOVE and semiconductor AI projects. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:Strong ability to analyze complex technical requirements, identify potential issues, and develop innovative solutions. Project Management:Proficiency with agile project management methodologies, including the ability to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables effectively. Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English is required. Collaboration:Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across multiple regions, particularly between Japan and Vietnam. Technical Tools:Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools for AI development. Experience with industry-standard libraries and frameworks is preferred.
