We’re having significant manufacturing base in China via our contract manufacturing partners in Guangdong and Shanghai areaWe’re looking for an Assistant HR Manger who will be responsible for all recruitment activities, Employer branding as well as Employee Relation to reposition company’s brand in labor market and promote company’s culture to make it become happy / best place to work.Requirements• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required). Must be able to communicate clearly and directly with the US team.• 5+ years of related experience and knowledge of HR generalist, especially in employer branding, employee relations and talent acquisition.• Have management and leadership experiences.• Multi-projects management experience. • Collaborative, proactive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills. Good at company first mindset. • Knowledge of applicable workplace laws, regulations, and employment trends.• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.• Ability to form strong workplace relationships at all levels of the organization.• Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings.• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly• Bsc in Business Administration or any related field.

Responsibilities & DutiesUnder her/his responsibility, this includes:• Building partnerships with all levels of employees from individuals to teams, from entry to Management level.• Undertaking and implementing Employer Branding and recruitment advertising initiatives from concept to completion in a timely which including internship / job fair / Factory Tour / Scholarship/ CSR activities. Building talent pool to be proactive in recruitment activities to find right talent for right positions.• Developing and managing recruitment campaigns using a variety of media, such as print, websites, direct mail and social media.• Being in charge of managing company’s social networks like: LinkedIn, FB to maintain positive image.• Leading HR’s initiatives and projects: recognition program, Optimal You programs to engage employees to enable them feel proud of the company.• Developing learning culture by initiating campaigns and programs to boost learning activities to whole organization.• Driving Performance Management program to develop & optimize employee’s performance to align with organizational strategic goals.• Other tasks as required.Benefits• Attractive salary & allowance• 5 working days/ week• 13th month salary + variable bonus• 24/24 Commercial Insurance for employee & spouse / kids• Shuttle bus at pick-up points: Thu Duc, Bien Hoa
