- Assist to Purchasing Manager
- To oversee & ensure the effecitive implementation of the tender system so that the continous supply of quality goods & serrvices to the hotel is not compromised
- To ensure the timely preparation of purchase orders so that all approved purchase requests can be ordered & the goods delivery by the supplier on the date needed.
- To conduct periodic market surveys in association with the depratments concerned to determine or validate the availability & prices of market goods
- To coordinate & liaise with the Head of Department on all matters realting to quality & reluability of delivery with respect to current & potential suppliers
- To keep track all outstanding purchase orders to ensure that goods are delivered on time
- get marrket list order from kitchen & call supplier for the demand of goods. Make sure that goods delivery on time, correct quantity & good quality
- Handover PR, PO to receiving cleark & red invoice to Cost Controller
- Responsible for slow moving products, expiry dates & contact with suppliers for changing items
- Follow up delivery dates
- Ensure reosrt does not run out of operational supplies
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
