1. Sales Volume and Performance:• Driving & delivering sales volume: Achieve assigned sales target from Sales manager• Maintain and develop to ensure sustainable grown of sales organization: recruit all sales force layers from sales agent to sales supervisor level to achieve the team size. Minimum quantity is around 150 to 200 salespersons.• Well utilize, develop and training the CRM system for the sales team. Make sure the sales team can well use the system in right manners.• Conduct training and coaching lesson on weekly/monthly basic to subordinate so as to ensure sales team meet job requirement and beyond.2. Compliance and Company Policies:• Ensure sales team follow the company policy, e.g.: fraud , delinquency, code of conduct, core value of the company ...3. 1. Qualification: University/college (bachelor’s degree) majored in any faculty, prefer in finance, banking, and insurance2. Work Experience• Telesales experience is a MUST• Minimum 05 years working experience finance, banking, and insurance• With at least 2 years in management role3. Knowledge: Consumer finance4. Skills• Able to communicate effectively with different stake holders• Able to manage team effectively with large scale• Able to communicate fluent in English (both written & verbal)• Microsoft office.
