JOB PURPOSE• To perform a range of processing/administrative activities such as reconciliation of data efficiently and accurately, investigation and escalation activities in accordance with policies and procedure.• To process the allocated workload within the area of operation, efficiently, accurately and within the times scales and standards set out in service level agreements, service standards and performance targets, utilizing basic systems/equipment as required.• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) and second level support for reconciliation and investigation activities.• Support the management of the control environment, problem solving activities, process and change management initiatives, and provide training where required.JOB RESPONSIBITIES• Reconciliate rosters, work schedules, time, and attendance data for compliance purposes• Operate within defined processes, policies, and guidelines.• Manage risk and ensure compliance with legislation, internal policies, procedures & deadlines.• Undertake quality checks to ensure offshore / onshore teams comply with reconciliation processes and procedures.• Support processing activities by providing matching and investigation of complex items.• Ensure all intra and end of day controls are completed to ensure correct process and escalation of transaction discrepancies.• Ensure all business and stakeholder reporting is delivered on time and within SLA.• To work in the interests of the team, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as appropriate or other teams as specified by management.• To support the Lead and/or Manager with analyst related activities.• To carry out any other administrative duties as required to ensure the effective.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in process execution, data processing and operational role, highly preferable experience in Banking or Financial Service industry.• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese.• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.• Experience with Excel (must have), SAP and PowerBI (nice to have).• Have reporting skills and experience in working with cross-functional teams.• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.• Strong problem-solving skills.• Ability to understand complex ideas / process changes.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.• Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.• Ability to learn new ideas and process changes quickly.• Strong time management skills to meet internal SLA’s.
