- Own the product vision and roadmap, balancing business objectives with user needs- Apply BA skills to conduct thorough stakeholder analysis and requirements gathering- Create detailed product requirements with clear acceptance criteria- Develop user personas, journey maps, and use cases that incorporate marketing insights- Design wireframes and prototypes that translate complex functionality into intuitive interfaces- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning- Work with engineering to ensure technical feasibility of UX designs- Define product metrics that measure both user experience and business impact- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure product messaging aligns with user experience- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with development teams- Do the research about AI when requested.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 5+ years of combined experience across product management, business analysis, UX design, or product marketing roles- Strong analytical skills with experience in requirements documentation and process modeling- Proven expertise in UX methodologies and user research techniques- Experience with product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies- Proficiency with UX/UI design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)- Experience with product analytics tools and data-driven decision making- Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks- Ability to create compelling business cases and ROI analyses- Experience bridging communication between technical and business teams Prefer Experience- Business Analysis: Experience as a Business Analyst with skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, and translating business needs into technical specifications- Product Marketing: Background in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, positioning, or customer-facing communications- UX Design: Significant experience with user experience design, research methodologies, or information architecture- Product Management: Experience in product ownership, product management, or similar roles in technology products- AI Experience (Bonus): Previous exposure to AI-powered products or machine learning applications would be beneficial but is not required
