The Banquet Manager is the development and implementation of a strategy in order to fulfill the objective of increase sales and is also the management of overall operation of Food & Beverage and its team.
To ensure proper coordination with Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments for all necessary arrangements and preparation for each function based on the Event orders.
- Controls part-timers hired for specific functions and checks attendance of all permanent and casuals.
- Maintain proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference.
- Makes frequent suggestions to Management in reference to improvement of general operation, cost control and profitability.
- Sets and serves in functions in accordance to the Standard Operating Manual.
- Follows control procedures for billing before and after service
- Implements and enforces safety regulations and house rules.
- Welcomes host of function and assist any last minute changes or arrangement in the absence of Banquet Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Diploma or Degree of Hotel Profession.
Có bằng cấp nghiệp vụ khách sạn.
• Experience in team management.
Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên.
• 2-3 years experience in the same position.
2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
• Good at writing and communication in English.
Tiếng Anh: khả năng giao tiếp tốt.
• Extremely high spirit of Customer Service.
Kỹ năng xuất sắc về chăm sóc khách hàng.
• Good leadership and organizing skills.
Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và tổ chức tốt.
