• In the absence of Bar Manager/Supervisor, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
• Assist Bar Supervisor in training of the staff.
• Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in logbook for further follow up.
• Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
• Instruct staff in cash security procedures.
• Supervise the maintenance of service equipment.
• Communicates to Superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.
• Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
• Requisition bar items according to bar stocks.
• Supervise functions.
• Supervise Bar Outlet service.
• Train bar attendant and willing to help in basic beverage knowledge and beverage service.
• Complete spillage report and submit to Bar Supervisor at the conclusion of each shift.
• Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Leadership skills.
• 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
