1. Maintains high visibility in the surrounding community and in the hospitality community as appropriate.
2. Supports Sales and Marketing Department of the hotel by creating pricing specials to encourage new client growth.
3. The coordinator may also participate in trade shows by setting up a booth and soliciting travel agencies.
4. Follows up with each client to ensure a good experience was had.
5. Uses viral marketing techniques to drive new business. This is by utilizing the emails captured through the hotel's website and using social networking sites to gather new clients.
6. Demonstrates a sense of team work to help maintain the hotel's high level of service.
7. Meets all deadlines and room night targets.
8. Anticipates market demand factors with sales territories to capture best possible group and long-term business.
9. Has a sales-minded approach toward all job functions and duties.
10. Takes necessary tactical and strategic actions to achieve desired sales results.
11. Sells within agreed group selective sell guidelines and adhere to group room maximum commitment levels.
12. Implements account management program that directs daily sales activity toward productive / profitable segments and accounts.
13. Generates weekend and downtime group revenue.
14. Works in an integrated team manner with all departments.
15. Understands the total Hotel's annual financial outlook
16. Develops and maintain positive working relationships with all employees.
17. Demonstrates a sense of urgency toward improving the Hotel's revenue performance.
18. Communicates downward / upward suggestions in a constructive manner that shows a keen understanding and respect for others.
19. Maintains a positive attitude and positive spirit of performance.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành QTKD, QT lữ hành
- Thành thạo Tiếng Anh, vi tính văn phòng.
- Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương.
