Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between the development team in Vietnam and clients in Japan. Gather, analyze, and clarify customer requirements before relaying them to the technical team. Monitor project progress, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations. Participate in design discussions, development tasks, and code reviews as needed. Provide technical problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct client meetings, report project status, and suggest technical solutions. Potential opportunities for onsite assignments in Japan. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a relevant major From 3 years experience as a BrSE/ Project Leader/ Team Leader. Experience in project estimation, progress management, quality management, etc. Hands-on experience in technologies such as Java, .NET, etc. Good knowledge or Hands-on experience in SQL or non-SQL databases, such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. Familiar with software development life cycles such as Waterfall or Agile methodology.
