Business Analyst Health & Wellness Eco-System (Life Insurance Project)

Job Purpose - The job holder will assist in gathering and analyzing business issues through internal and external sources to provide insights for decision making. - The job holder will works closely with tribe members to understand business requirements and provides specific reports and analysis. Key Accountabilities (1) A. Reporting and Documentation - Specially focus on having worked in Health and Wellness Eco-system, like fitness Apps, health Apps, Wearable Devices to track/monitor health/fitness/ lifestyle etc.., - Work closely with tribe members to understand and document business objectives and processes while suggesting modifications and improvements for better efficiencies. - Assist senior tribe members in creating, analyzing and validating detailed functional specifications. - Support system testing and create documentation / user manuals along with tribe members. B. Research and Analysis - Gather market trends and internal data to conduct analysis based on business problems and needs. - Develop informative and actionable reports that highlight business trends and opportunities for improvement. - Identify and report trends and patterns to construct forecast on business plans.
