Business Analyst (Hearthcare)

Analyze the requirements from customers’ material/transfer from senior BA in business view.Document functional and business requirements documents: create wireframes, user stories, activity diagrams and use cases.Communicate with customers to clarify business and support if there is any change requirements from customer.Communicate with development team to ensure correct requirement understanding during implementation.Support development team to communicate with the customers regarding implementation QA/Issue.Compose related documents, such as: Requirement Traceability, User Manual, UAT Training...Define requirement approach for each project.Plan for requirement phase at the beginning of the project.Assign tasks and manage teams to make sure that the project runs smoothlyConduct requirement elicitation workshop.Analyze business flow and user requirement.Document the client's business requirements in detail.Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents.Prepare training material for team membersConsulting work:Collaborate with sales, marketing and Solution Architect to communicate with customers (CIO, CTO, CEO) to show capability of the company in Healthcare, build trust, win projects (POC, MVP, assessment, estimation and pricing, etc.).Present the capability of the company in healthcare industry, and value that the company can bring to customer’s business to a variety of audiences from C-level to end-users.Drives proposal process and participates in proposal development. Constructs deals in accordance to profitability goals. Facilitates and actively participate in contract negotiations, contract management and closure.Bid support including but not limited to gathering requirement, providing estimation and planning. Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions
