Business Analyst

- Participating on UAT (User acceptance testing) of new versions of Collections system​- Ownership of several production reports monitoring key collections processes – requires deep understanding of Collection processes and technical aspects of LOXON Collections system​- Providing excellent support to all business users working with Loxon Collections system (Call Centre, Field Advisory, Legal Officers, etc.) – gather their requests, analyze, and provide solutions​- Investigation of system issues (both in Database and Application)  requires strong ownership skills and responsibility  it is expected that the person will manage the whole life cycle of the issue, from analysis, monitoring, discussing possible solutions with necessary parties until testing and implementing of said solutions​- Designing and implementing a system solution in line with business requirements​- Designing and building new workflows in Astah Business Model​- Participating on UAT of new Collections business changes and Astah releases​
