This position description provides an indicative outline of the purpose and accountabilities of the role, specific performance requirements and expectations will be included in annual PERFORM Agreement.Reports to: Key Accounts ManagerSBU: Fonterra Brands - Viet NamLocation: Viet NamMain Purpose & Objectives:• To ensure efficiency of modern trade account trading term management and assist Key Account Manager on KA business development• To ensure effectiveness of channel sales planning and activation of sales & marketing campaignsRole Accountabilities & Challenges:• Planning & Budget control: o Monitor MT budget, actual expenses by month, brands, chaino Coordinate with TM to follow up accrual & budget controlo Assist KAM to develop account planning through and cross functional development to meet sales targeto Maintain productivity highlights, metrics and forecasts• Data management:o Analyse business trends, coordinate with KAS to follow MT strategies, control and use effective sales promotion o Develop & maintain customer database with detailed records. Provide commercial and competitive information and reports on performance of distributors to ensure that the Key Account Manager/ Sales Director are fully informed at all times.o Consolidate MT report from KAS: off take competitor’s activation...• Administrator & execution:o Customer cardo Settlement update with distributoro Coordinate with others function to ensure good results for MT activation, MT visibilityMAJOR CHALLENGESHealth & Safety AccountabilitiesThe Fonterra Health & Safety Management System outlines the key responsibilities for Managers & Employees. • The employee will identify and report all hazards and incidents.• The employee will participate fully in the Health & Safety improvement process.• The employee will co-operate fully in any injury management process to ensure full participation in the workforce after cleared fit for duties by a registered Medical Practitioner.Decision Making Authoritya) Financial delegations (NB. financial delegations must be provided. Education: (Essential): University graduateExperience: (Essential)- A minimum of 3 years experience in sales operation & key account management for a multi national company- This experience must be built in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry(Preferred)- Having good relationship with current key accounts is preferableTechnical/Functional Expertise (Essential):- Knowledge of business practices and norms in Viet nam.- Strong Negotiation skills- Presentation skills- Leadership & Coaching skills- Excellent relation with customers- Good knowledge in computer & English.proficiencyRating Scale:U Understanding Familiar with the competency and understands how to get further information. Is a willing supporter, but is unlikely to be asked to deliver other than being consulted.D Developing Building the basic knowledge and skills but not demonstrating the competency consistently or independently.
