Business Analyst

Receive and unify information and requests from customers. Prepare reports on product orientation, customer needs and market situation. Research and analyze requirements and business processes of the project. Study and analyze similar products at home and abroad and provide product development orientation. Develop presentation documents, explain to programmers to clearly understand the desires and business to optimize the product. Develop various types of software design analysis documents. Develop user manuals after the software is deployed to ensure that the software is used exactly as required. Research and master products, technologies, software solutions, propose the application of new technologies. Coordinate with other departments of the company to ensure project progress and quality.
