Business Analyst

1. Service Advancement & Strategy: Plan and operate B2B/Internal management service enhancements to improve operational efficiency within the ITOP department. Define and manage the Information Architecture (IA) and design high-fidelity UI wireframes using industry-standard design tools. 2. Requirement Analysis & Communication: Act as a bridge between business units and the technical team; translate complex business requirements into clear Technical Specifications (PRD/Functional Specs). Facilitate feedback loops with stakeholders to ensure service quality and alignment with business goals. 3. Documentation & Asset Management Continuously update and maintain comprehensive service documentation including User Stories, API integration flows, and User Manuals 4. Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze service performance and user behavior (using SQL or Basic Analytics tools) to propose data-driven improvements.
