Business Analyst (Junior & Senior) (English required)

Liaising between the IT department, User Experience department, and the Executive branches Analyzing, understanding strategic business needs, and planning for growth Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches; proposing solutions to meet business requirements as well as the design of technical systems if necessary Writing and maintaining robust functional specifications Be familiar with the SCRUM Agile Development methodology and Conduct regular stand-ups with the development team and product owner in the capacity of a SCRUM Master. Managing change requests from stakeholders Conducting Quality Assurance and Quality Control tests, A/B tests, and UAT sections with users and product owners Utilizing and analyzing IT data for business insights Enhancing the quality of IT products and services Analyzing data to inform business decisions Sourcing and implementing new business technology Finding technological solutions to business requirements Producing reports on application development and implementation
