Business Analyst with Odoo Expertise

Be the client's voice to Dirox team. Be able to work independently as an only BA in a project. Effectively communicate with clients or Senior BAs to understand their business processes, requirements, needs, concerns, and problems. Working closely with the Project Manager and the team to build a project roadmap as well as to develop and prioritize user stories in the backlog. Coordinate with external design teams or contribute to UI/UX design during the project. Use suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business and technical flows/diagrams, and creating mockups /wireframes/prototypes. Engage in team discussions to be informed of actual implementation progress and understand implementation issues then explain to clients in non-technical language. Identify and manage gaps between actual implementation and client’s expectations. Contribute ideas with an aim to develop a user-friendly and value-maximized product using strong business analysis skills and user-centric mindset. Write and maintain properly business requirements, and provide detailed functional specifications. Support and review the testing scenarios, test data and defects verification throughout the delivery lifecycle.
