Receive the request from customers;
Coordinate with internal team: PMO, Engineer, BD, and purchasing to verify customer’s demand;
Manage selling price, and gross margin based on cost;
Making the quotation/ sales contract and send to the customer;
Receiving PO, confirmation, pre-orders from customers, and checking;
Purchasing request to purchasing team;
Coordinate with Purchasing to arrange for delivery, coordinate with accounting to arrange VAT invoice;
Follow up and remind the customer for the remaining, pending projects;
Checking status of each sent quotation.
Maintain relationships with customers (VN staffs)
Propose/ suggest the promotion program to the customer
Understand the biz demands from the customer in the coming time
Pricing issues (standard price, new price, discount, support prices.)
Product issues (wrong products, delay delivery, temporary products, solution…)
Documents issues (EPE, invoicing, payment, pending projects…)
Complaints from customers.
Store project information on the company drive
Weekly report;
Sales pines line report
Actual situation of each project.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University/ College graduate;
At least 3 years of working experience at the similar position;
Good at English, MS Office;
Ability in pressure working environment, individual or team work;
Having working experience in Sales position is an advantage.
