Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain good relationship with customer by:
-Receive and resolve customer inquiries, requests and feedback about the Company's services or products via Call/Email/Chat.
-Understanding the products, business processes company standards to serve customers in the
best way.
-Handle and/or coordinate with related departments to handle customer complaints
effectively and tactfully.
-Join in outbound call projects to learn about customer experience thereby increasing
customer satisfaction.
-Soft selling.

Job Requirements:
- At least 01-year experience related to Customer Service, Call Center.
- Excellent & clear communication skills.
- Working experience in the medical industry is an advantage.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Flexible with work schedules/shifts and work arrangements.
- Working time: 06:00 - 23:00 (8 hours/shift)
