Job Summary
- Marketing Executive is a unique role that offers an incredible opportunity for the right person to join the Marketing team, at Wink Hotel Can Tho. This role focuses on supporting and improving Wink Hotels Brand consistently by following and influencing Wink Hotels strategy, taking into consideration customer service, Wink tone of voice and accurate reporting. The Marketing Executive is also responsible for aligning, planning, managing, implementing and monitoring brand and marketing activities on-site in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.
- This position reports directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager and liaises closely with Sales and Marketing department.

B. Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media channels, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate and manage events, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns/event/activity, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations) and external KOL/KOCs, agencies to deliver briefings, ensure alignment and follow up on daily basis tasks.
• Maintain brand consistency following guidelines across all communication channels and touchpoints.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 2+ years’ experience in marketing experience or similar role, with 1+ year experience in international hospitality company a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media & communication, tourism and hospitality, or related field.
• Good at written and verbal communication skills, ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems, provide high level of attention to detail
• Fluency in Vietnamese, proficiency in English.
• Willingness to continue building skills through working opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
