Position: Compensation & Benefit Assistant Manager
Department: Human Resources
Report to: Senior Manager, HR & Admin
Working location: Ducksanvina office, Lot C1, Tam Thang Industrial Zone, Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province.

PRIMARY JOB TASKS:
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to company’s strategy and business goals
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and Company's objectives
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.
- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
- Assess employees needs by conducting organizational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
- Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value
- Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
- Develop and prepare dashboard report of Human Resources
- Calculate monthly salary, PIT, and conduct PIT annual finalization for all eligible staff.
- Update all the new changes of laws and regulations to superior and management board of Company.
- Conduct the training and refresh training to all level of staff on C & B regulation of Company.
- Work with Compliance auditor of customer on the issue of working hour, compensation and benefit
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
QUALIFICATION:
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Previous experience with organizational psychology and labor market surveys
- Strong knowledge of current labor law, social insurance law, PIT law and another relative laws
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
- BS degree in human resources
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCE:
- Proven working experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Strong policy and regulation development skill
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Good skill in MS office
- Strong problem solving skill
