• This position exists to the incumbent is responsible for under the general guidance and supervision of the Chef De Partie, assists in directing and controlling the whole food production in a manner that ensures the highest level of food quality, sanitation in food service and departmental profitability.
• Responsible for high quality of food and presentation of Buffet sets up, a la carte dishes and banquets and to build up and maintain an excellent reputation.
• Display creativity, in order to be different and new to create a new market.
• Prepares, serves and stores Pastry products.
• Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers.
• Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards.
• Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 3 years of experience as a Chef de partie or equivalent at five star Luxury Brands
• Experience in fine dining environment, healthy and vegetarian food and passtiserie
• Extremely creative with strong service skills and demonstrated ability to energize a diverse team of culinary professionals
• Effective Leadership & Time Management skills
