Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Accounting Operations Management:
o Directly operate, guide, and manage all activities of the accounting department.
o Ensure compliance with accounting standards and improve internal control procedures.
2. Financial Reporting:
o Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to the BoD.
o Manage and oversee the preparation of P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
o Generate and provide accurate and timely financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
3. Financial Control & Compliance:
o Manage and control the company’s finances, ensuring no loss of assets and promptly reporting any issues to the BoD.
o Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and internal policies.
o Oversee internal audits ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements.
4. Budgeting & Forecasting:
o Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with other departments.
o Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
o Monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and identifying areas for cost optimization.
5. Tax & Regulatory Management:
o Work closely with tax authorities, auditors, and other regulatory bodies.
o Ensure timely processing of tax declarations, including VAT, PIT, and corporate income tax.
o Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the company’s financial operations.
6. Financial Strategy & Planning:
o Advise the Management Board on accounting, budgeting, and financial strategy.
o Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals.
o Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for financial growth.
7. Asset & Inventory Management:
o Manage capital and assets, including the organization and direction of inventory control.
o Check and review inventory liquidation reports and manage asset depreciation schedules.
o Ensure accurate valuation and reporting of the company’s assets.
8. Cost & Revenue Control:
o Calculate salary costs and associated expenses in the management software.
o Control revenue and costs, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
o Approve and monitor revenues and expenditures, ensuring timely billing and collection.
9. Team Management & Development:
o Lead, mentor, and train the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
o Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance team performance.
o Coordinate work processes between the accounting department and other departments.
10. Miscellaneous:
o Handle employee reports on revenues and expenditures within the company.
o Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure financial and operational goals are met.
o Perform other tasks as requested by the BoD and Group CFO.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Education & Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
o Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational organization.
o At least 2 years of experience in a Chief Accountant or Financial Controller role.
• Skills & Knowledge:
o In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
o Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Misa, EZ cloud hotel management) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese.
o Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Travel Requirement: Visit resorts in Ninh Thuan twice a month
